Cancellation Policy – Navaya

To cancel or modify an order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.

If canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

Our packaging is designed to protect your order, but if you receive a defective or broken product, please let us know right away.

Minor dents or packaging scuffs that do not impact product use are not considered damage.
