Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched and may vary based on location:
- United States: 15–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 17–25 business days
- Australia: 15–24 business days
- Canada: 14–20 business days
- Worldwide: 20–30 business days
Please note: Shipping delays caused by peak periods, holidays, or customs are outside of Navaya’s control.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information can cause delays or cancellations.
If our system detects any address issues, our support team will reach out within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, the order may be canceled.
To correct any shipping details, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed after that period.
Delayed Delivery
We aim to deliver every order promptly, but delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or unexpected transit issues. In rare cases, delays during processing may happen due to inventory or payment verification.
Navaya is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we will always support you and keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is in transit, it is handled by the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier directly to initiate a claim.
Please also notify us through our Contact Us page. We will assist in following up and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
